HOW CAN WE HELP?

POPULAR FAQS

Parent/Carer Supervision Policy for Weekly Classes

For weekly classes, parents/carers must remain on-site to provide immediate support (e.g., bathroom breaks or reassurance). This ensures a safe, organised, and positive environment where children can thrive.

This policy does not apply to our holiday camps, where additional provisions and staff are in place to support all children.

Thank you for helping us create the best experience for your child!

We'll bring along all the equipment and we ask you to bring along:

  • A water bottle and a snack and packed lunch if you're coming to our half or full day holiday camps (no nuts, please)
  • A waterproof jacket
  • A sun hat and suncream
  • Name labels on everything please!

If a class is full, contact us to join the waiting list or explore other options.

Please label your child's belongings and avoid bringing valuables. If something is left behind, we'll keep it for a week before donating it to charity. Contact us if you've lost something.

Absolutely! You are welcome to join our classes at any stage in the term if there's space. From the fourth week, classes will be pro-rated.

Yes, please! Booking in advance ensures your child has a spot in the class and helps us keep everyone safe.

Some of our locations offer trial classes. For those that don’t, we promise that if you are not completely loving our sessions, just get in touch with us within the first three weeks of joining and we will issue a refund for the remaining classes or find another superb class for you.

Book based on your child’s age at the start of the term. If they have a birthday during the term, move them up to the next age group. Our coaches may adjust groups as needed.

Of course! Just keep the playing area clear and avoid any disruptions. Why not also book them into a session so they can join!

If your child is unwell, please keep them home. For term classes, you can use one of your three make-up classes. For holiday camps, these can be booked individually if needed. However, bookings are non-refundable.

If your child becomes unwell or injured during one of our sessions, we will contact you straight away. A qualified first aider will attend to them if needed, and we will make sure they are kept comfortable and cared for until you arrive to collect them.

Aim to arrive 15 minutes early to register and get ready. Arrive to pick up your child 5 minutes before the session ends. If you’re running late, please let us know.

At Foxes Club, we use a secure passcode system to make pick-ups safe and seamless. When you set up your account with us, you’ll be asked to create a passcode. Each time your child is collected from a Foxes Club session, the adult collecting them will be asked for this passcode. This ensures that only authorised adults can collect your child. If someone different is collecting, please let us know in advance and make sure they have the correct passcode.

We understand that sometimes it’s more convenient for your child to make their own way home. To ensure their safety, as well as your peace of mind, we just need you to send a written request to our head office team. This request should include the specific class and date this applies to. Please note, this policy applies to children in Year 8 and above, who are at least 12 years old.

We're just a call or email away! Reach us at 020 7376 0006 or info@foxesclub.com. You can also use our chat feature or the 'Contact Us' form on our website.

Yes, all of our staff are fully enhanced DBS-checked to ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child in our care.

We don’t currently offer a sibling discount due to the limited places in our classes.

We don't offer refunds, but we're here to ensure you have a great experience. If you're not satisfied, let us know, and we'll work to make things right.

CAMP FAQS

All children attending half-day or full-day camps should bring a packed lunch, snacks, and a water bottle. Only younger children booked into one-hour classes do not need to bring lunch.

We are a strictly nut-free club, so please double-check that no nuts are hiding in any of your camper’s food!

We’re an all-weather Club – our classes run no matter what the British climate has in store. If the rain gets torrential, some of our venues have indoor spaces, while the majority have club marquees and sheltered areas. You can rely on us.

It’s vital that you let us know about any allergies. If medication is needed, hand it over to a staff member who will store it in a locked box on site. If at all possible, please administer all medication before drop-off.

At drop-off, if your child is staying for our half or full-day camps, we ask that parents and carers simply drop and go. This helps kids to settle so much faster. On collection, it goes without saying that only assigned parents and carers will be able to pick up their kids.

Simple, comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities and trainers. Any kids attending our Move & Create camps are given aprons. But, just so you know, things can get very creative – so send clothes you won’t mind getting messy.

Yes, you can reschedule a holiday camp session as long as the request is made before the day of the session. Unfortunately, we are unable to move or reschedule bookings on the day of the session or after it has passed.
